You can edit this paragraph of content by editing the EXCLUSIVE specials page content. You can edit existing specials by just clicking on "Specials" from the admin backend.  Specials and Exclusive Specials use the same admin screen.  The difference between an exclusive special is that it is categorized as "Exclusive Special."  You can find the categories for packages in the right sidebar when editing the page.  Just scroll down a little.
